2. Definitions

• Company: Go 4 Goals B.V., operating as Mister Lederhosen
• Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession
• Distance Contract: a contract concluded via the webshop
• Right to Cancel: the consumer’s right to cancel the contract within a specified period

3. Applicability

1. These terms apply to all offers and agreements.
2. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
3. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

4. Offer

1. Products are described as accurately as possible.
2. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.
3. Images may differ slightly (e.g. colour, fit).

5. Agreement

1. The agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed by email.
2. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders.

6. Prices

1. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping costs.
2. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected.
3. The price at the time of ordering is decisive.

7. Payment

1. Payment must be made via the available payment methods.
2. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.

8. Delivery

1. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
2. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
3. Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.

9. Right to Cancel

1. The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days.
2. The period starts the day after receiving the goods.
3. The goods must be handled with reasonable care.
4. Any reduction in value due to excessive handling may be charged.

10. Returns and exercising the right to cancel

1. Returns must always be reported in advance via email.
2. Returns are only accepted after approval by the Company.
3. The Company will provide the return address and instructions after contact.
4. Unannounced returns may be refused.
5. Returns must be sent within 14 days after cancellation.
6. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
7. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

Note: this procedure does not affect the statutory right to cancel but ensures proper handling.

11. Exclusion of right to cancel

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Hygiene products with broken seals

12. Warranty

1. Products must comply with the agreement and reasonable quality standards.
2. Statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

13. Complaints

1. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time.
2. A response will be provided within 14 days.
3. If justified, repair, replacement or refund will be offered.

14. Liability

1. Liability is limited to the order value.
2. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
3. Exception applies in case of intent or gross negligence.

15. Force majeure

1. The Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control.
2. Obligations are suspended during force majeure.
3. If it lasts longer than 30 days, both parties may terminate the agreement without compensation.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by the Company and may not be used without permission.

17. Applicable law and disputes

1. Dutch law applies.
2. Disputes are settled in the Netherlands.
3. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform:

18. Changes

The Company may amend these terms. The latest version always applies.
