Hoe zit het met verzenden?
We are economical with our stuff. We also like to receive products that are in good condition and boxes that stick to each other. That is why we also ship with a first class shipping company. We receive a Track and Trace code for all orders. Unfortunately, we can not yet link this directly to a confirmation (we are working hard on this), but we will gladly send you this by e-mail if you wish. Do certain purchases not fit? No problem, send it back (after contacting our customer service). We also like it when you pack this neatly and keep it in original packaging. If you send it back without its original packaging etc, we reserve the right not to accept the package.
We have almost all products in stock so we can deliver quickly (or you will pick them up from us of course). Sometimes it happens that specific products are not in stock (we will contact you of course), then it arrives directly from the Alps. It will take a little longer, take into account 3-4 days.
